- Up to £450 p/day (Umbrella)
As a Commercial Manager, you'll support the delivery of property-related portfolios by leading low-value procurements, managing NEC contracts, and ensuring compliance with public sector regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing NEC contracts, from procurement through to contractor performance
- Running and overseeing low-value procurements in line with updated procurement legislation
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless commercial operations
- Maintaining procurement records and workflows, ideally using SAP
You'll be a key part of a commercially focused team working across multiple portfolios with high-impact outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience managing NEC contracts
- Public sector procurement expertise
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
