The Role
As a Supplier Relationship Manager t you'll play a key role within a dynamic category team, managing strategic sourcing events and overseeing a portfolio of Managed Service Agreements. Your commercial expertise will be critical in ensuring value-driven supplier partnerships, robust governance, and long-term strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic sourcing activity and support RFI/RFP development and supplier negotiations
Manage contract and vendor performance, ensuring commercial best practice
Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Provide commercial insight and risk management across your contract portfolio
Support onboarding and ongoing supplier development activities
Contribute to category strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor and support junior procurement colleagues
What You'll Bring
Degree (or equivalent experience)
Significant experience in contract/vendor management and strategic sourcing
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Experience managing outsourced providers and large supplier portfolios
Excellent stakeholder engagement across all levels, including leadership
Understanding of regulatory environments (Energy, Utilities or similar preferred)
CIPS Level 5 or working towards MCIPS (highly desirable)
