Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Location: Bedhampton, Hampshire

Pay & benefits: £16.98/hour PAYE (or £19.45/hour incl. holiday pay), 33 days annual leave, overtime paid at 1.5x after 37 hours and 2x on Sundays, with clear progression opportunities.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be eligible to live and work in the UK freely, obtain baseline clearance and adhere to ITAR restrictions.

We're seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) team of a leading aerospace client.
What will I be doing?
As an MRO Technician, you'll have the opportunity to work on precision hydro-mechanical components in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble hydro-mechanical and electro-mechanical products to engineering drawings and specifications
* Repair and overhaul components using CMMs, Service Bulletins, and approved documentation
* Configure and operate test equipment to perform unit acceptance testing and diagnose faults
* Carry out visual and dimensional inspections, document findings, and apply corrective actions
* Ensure all work meets quality standards and remains within your declared capability
* Collaborate with team leads to meet production and quality targets
What You Need to Succeed:
* Solid understanding of mechanical assembly and test procedures
* Ability to interpret assembly drawings and Production Acceptance Test data
* Working knowledge of hydraulic circuitry for test and troubleshooting
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-focused mindset
