We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong Engineering and Site Management background to join our team, delivering key infrastructure projects within the Portsmouth Water Framework.
Key Requirements:
- SMSTS certification - essential
- Proven experience working on Water Frameworks, ideally within the Portsmouth Water Framework
- Engineering background with a solid understanding of civil or mechanical works
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality
- Must be local to Portsmouth or able to commute reliably
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water infrastructure projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and framework standards
- Monitor project progress and report on performance
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across delivery
