We're looking for experienced Composite Laminators to join a fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing environment.
As a Composite Laminators, you'll have a background in Formula 1, motorsport, or advanced composites, this is your chance to work on cutting-edge components in a world-class setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lay-up of pre-preg carbon fibre components to precise tolerances
* Read and follow engineering drawings and lay-up manuals
* Trim, bag, and prepare parts for autoclave curing
* Conduct quality checks to meet exacting standards
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
* Collaborate with engineers and team leads to hit production targets
What You Need to Succeed:
* Proven laminating experience in F1, motorsport, or aerospace
* Strong understanding of composite materials and lay-up techniques
* Ability to consistently work night shifts and weekend days
* Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
* Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings
* A team player with a proactive, flexible attitude
