Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Network Management duties of the council under the Traffic Management Act 2004
- Project manage the feasibility, design, and implementation of traffic and transport-related schemes
Job Requirements:
- Experience on working on a variety of traffic design schemes
- Knowledge of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and other relevant legislation
- Proficiency in project management, particularly for traffic and transport-related schemes
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with external consultants and council departments
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other specialist design software
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
