About the Role
We're seeking a Soldering Technician to join our team in Farnborough on a contract basis. You'll play a key role in the production of temperature sensors for aircraft, working to high precision and aerospace industry standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recent soldering experience who's looking to grow their career within a high-quality, technical manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
Perform precision soldering tasks to aerospace standards
Assemble and produce temperature sensors and related components
Ensure all work meets strict quality and accuracy requirements
Maintain detailed production and inspection records
Collaborate with colleagues to meet project and delivery deadlines
What We're Looking For
Recent soldering experience is essential
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to follow detailed technical instructions and procedures
Aerospace or electronics background desirable (not essential)
Must be able to provide 5 years of references for security vetting
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK - sponsorship is not available

Includes a 3-month structured training period to ensure full competency in all processes
