Global FM and real estate business require a Senior Commercial Contracts Manager. Applicants need expertise across the entire commercial contract lifecycle, a legal/law background (LLB, LLM, LPC) and experience within a project, service delivery environment.

The Senior Commercial Contracts Manager will work closely alongside Commercial Management colleagues, legal, engineering and project management to develop and execute full lifecycle commercial strategies in a project/programme delivery setting. Supporting customers in both public and private sectors, the Senior Commercial Contracts Manager will help develop bid and negotiation strategies, whilst also managing in-life contracts and programmes.

The nature of the contracts and services delivered are a combination of M&E, FM, total facilities management and integrated facilities management.

Specific duties of the Senior Commercial Contracts Manager include:

  • Lead customer through the bidding process, from a T&C perspective
  • Develop commercial contract management strategies, including pre-signature
  • Relationship management - colleagues, stakeholders, customers - own senior relationships
  • Mitigate commercial risk and ensure governance in bid and contract activities
  • In-life change and contract management activities during Mobilisation and service delivery
  • Guide and advise stakeholders in regards to T&Cs.
  • Commercial negotiations with customers and ensure flow-down of T&Cs

Senior Commercial Contracts Manager applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Commercial Contract Management experience across the entire contract lifecycle, this role has a heavy emphasis on pre-signature work
  • Experienced in a project, or programme delivery environment; construction, M&E, FM, defence, transportation, aerospace, government contracting etc.
  • Law degree or legal qualification (LLB, LLM, GDL, LPC) or industry recognised qualification in Contract Management - WorldCC, IACCM, CCMP
  • Comfortable working on a hybrid basis x2 per week into London close to Waterloo Station
