Our client, a prominent entity within the Defence & Security sector, is seeking driven On-Boarding Professionals to join their team in Preston, Channel Way, under a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the on-boarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company
- Managing administrative tasks associated with recruitment and on-boarding
- Coordinating with various teams to schedule on-site workdays depending on team allocations
- Providing support for governance and stakeholder management activities
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of the on-boarding process
- Communicating effectively with new hires and internal teams to address queries and provide assistance
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the on-boarding experience
Job Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail
- Experience in governance and stakeholder management is desirable
- Ability to thrive in roles within NHS, civil service, customer service, or communications environments
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using standard office software and tools
Working Arrangements:
- Onsite presence required 2-3 days per week (minimum 2 days)
- Specific days will depend on the allocated team
