An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a finance team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services, alongside supporting wider financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of payroll administration in line with UK payroll legislation
  • Processing and reconciling invoices
  • Preparing and maintaining month-end sheets
  • Assisting with financial reporting requirements
  • Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality at all times

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Proven experience in UK payroll administration
  • Experience handling invoices and supporting month-end processes
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently



This role offers a hybrid working pattern, with three days per week based in Luton and two days working from home.
