🎯 Core Purpose
- Boost efficiency and productivity of global sales & partner teams.
- Drive adoption of sales enablement platforms (Seismic, CRM, Eloqua).
- Support big transformation projects (CRM upgrade, CPQ rollouts, proposal automation).
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Adoption & Engagement: Create comms plans, run training/webinars, and keep regional teams engaged with Seismic and other platforms.
- Content Creation: Build digital sales rooms, toolkits, sales collateral, proposal templates, videos/gifs.
- Proposals: Own Seismic's Proposal Factory setup, templates, translations, and improvements.
- Sales Training: Onboard and train content owners, run refresher sessions, and deliver enablement sessions.
- Insights & Reporting: Produce dashboards and reports for leadership, improve reporting processes with Power BI.
- Governance: Manage users, content, licenses, and system upkeep.
- Broader Marketing Support: Provide backup for intranet/website systems when needed.
🧑💼 The Profile They Want
- Experience: ~5 years in Sales/Marketing, ideally with exposure to marketing comms and enablement.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and empathy for salespeople.
- Organized, detail-oriented, analytical, problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude.
- Comfortable training others and engaging remote/global teams.
- Tools:
- Advanced Microsoft 365 (esp. Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, CoPilot).
- Seismic (or other enablement platform).
- Oracle Sales Cloud (or other CRM).
- Eloqua (or other marketing automation).
- Adobe Creative Cloud (for video editing).
- Power BI (desirable).
