Continuous Airworthiness Engineer - CAMO (Malta)
Are you ready to take the next step in your CAMO career?
I'm supporting my client, a global business aviation specialist, in their search for a Continuous Airworthiness Engineer to join their team in Malta.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the airworthiness and reliability of a diverse VIP fleet, working closely with maintenance organisations, manufacturers, and regulatory authorities. You'll provide engineering oversight, review service bulletins and airworthiness directives, support records management, and ensure compliance across all CAMO activities.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be at the centre of technical operations - troubleshooting issues, preparing maintenance programmes, monitoring subcontracted CAMO, and liaising with vendors and OEMs. You'll also represent the business during base maintenance events, giving you real influence in high-level decision-making.
What you'll need:
Minimum 5 years' CAMO experience
Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, OR a Part-66 licence with further qualifications
Current CAMO training (Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145, EWIS, FTS, HF, SMS)
Fluent English communication
EU work permit and clean police record
If you're passionate about aviation, thrive in a technical environment, and want to contribute to world-class projects in a global organisation, this role is for you.
