We are urgently seeking a 3-4 man civils gang for a major infrastructure project in Portchester, part of an £850m contract spanning the South of England. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work into the new year and beyond.
Gang Composition:
- Forward Tipping Dumper Driver - £180-£200/day
- 360 Operator (CPCS with Lifting Ops) - £220-£230/day
- 2x Groundworkers (Experienced in ducting, drainage & pipe laying) - £190-£200/day
Ideal Background: Candidates who have come from Streetworks (NRSWA) backgrounds, having worked with on civils/reinstatement firms. Experience in digging up roads, exposing utilities, ducting, and reinstatement is essential. Cable installation will be subcontracted.
Additional Info:
- Machine drivers must be willing to muck in with groundworks.
- Strong preference for reliable, hard-working crews with a team mentality.
