We're looking for a skilled 360 Machine Operator to join our team working on a major £850M infrastructure contract in the Southampton area.
🛠 What You'll Be Doing:
Operating a 360 excavator on open cut, ducting, and drainage works
Supporting civils and cable pulling operations
Working closely with Groundworkers and site supervisors
Getting hands-on when needed - must be willing to muck in off the machine
✅ Requirements:
CPCS/NPORS ticket (Lifting Ops preferred)
Proven experience in ducting, drainage, or utilities
Good attitude and reliability - team player
