Role details:
Our client, a leading name in the Defence & Security sector, is seeking two Training Analysts for a contract role. This exciting opportunity offers a remote working arrangement with occasional travel to the Reading area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysing DSAT documentation data from training courses to deliver compliant training needs evaluations.
- Developing training courseware through analysis, design, maintenance, review, and production of DSAT documentation and processes.
- Identifying and articulating responses to new or changing training requirements from customer specifications.
- Informing on the optimal training solutions to meet the Authority's requirements while balancing time, cost, and quality.
- Producing and updating Training Design documents to reflect the Authority's needs.
- Carrying out Knowledge, Skills, and Attribute (KSA) Analysis to compile comprehensive Learning Scalars.
- Requesting and reviewing existing training documentation and interviewing subject matter experts to collect necessary data.
- Participating in workshops to discuss findings and writing reports based on analysis.
- Supporting the evaluation of course data and fostering a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in training analysis, particularly in the Defence sector.
- Detailed knowledge of UK Ministry of Defence procedures, particularly the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
- Excellent communication skills at all levels within the organisation and the customer environment.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaborative skills.
- Experience in change management processes and using programme management tools and applications is desirable.
