  • Manage and prioritise production schedules in collaboration with Operations and Business Development

  • Support NPI and prototyping projects, including implementing engineering changes

  • Maintain compliance with ISO 13485 and related regulatory standards

  • Participate in hands-on production activities when needed to meet demand

  • Identify and communicate Design for Manufacture (DFM) improvements to engineering

  • Assist in customer audits and quality system reviews

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant working environment

About You

Essential:

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, ideally in a CEM/EMS environment

  • Previous supervisory or senior operator experience in production

  • Strong knowledge of surface-mount and through-hole assembly processes

  • Ability to read technical drawings, BOMs, and process documentation

  • Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams

  • Familiar with ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus)

  • Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines

Desirable:

  • Experience in a regulated environment (ISO 13485 or similar)

  • Previous involvement in customer audits and quality system maintenance

What We Offer

  • A role in delivering cutting-edge products across medical, defence, and industrial sectors

  • A collaborative, knowledgeable, and supportive team environment

  • Genuine career development opportunities

  • A company culture focused on quality, integrity, and innovation

  • Competitive salary and benefits

  • Opportunity for a permanent role for the right candidate
