Our client, a leading aerospace MRO provider with heritage in the rotary field, is currently seeking a B2 Engineer to join their esteemed team based in greater London. Known for their expertise in maintaining Leonardo aircraft, they are looking for dedicated professionals to uphold their high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and communicate regular engineering reports to the Head of Maintenance/ Head of Department
- Certify work within the scope of company authorisations
- Carry out both line and base maintenance at any of the client's facilities, and also off-site upon customer demand
- Undertake all tasks related to aircraft maintenance
- Work with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the business
- Closely supervise other engineering and support staff as required
- Ensure compliance with industry requirements and authorities (such as CAA and EASA)
- Comply with all Continuing Professional Development requirements relevant to company policies and reporting authority
- Effectively manage all maintenance within your control
- Utilise Microsoft-based systems effectively
Job Requirements:
- UK CAA Part 66 Licence with type ratings in A109 and/or AW139
- Recent experience with Leonardo AW139 or A109 aircraft
- Right to work in the UK
- Understanding of CAA and EASA regulations
- Strong communication skills for reporting and team interaction
- Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
