Our client, a leading player in the aerospace MRO sector, is seeking a B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join their team in Greater London. This permanent role is ideal for professionals with experience in maintaining and certifying Leonardo AW139 and A109 aircraft, working Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide and communicate regular engineering reports to the Head of Maintenance/Head of Department.
  • Certify work within the scope of company authorisations.
  • Conduct both line and base maintenance at any company facilities and off-site upon customer demand.
  • Undertake all tasks related to aircraft maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other company departments to ensure smooth operation of the business.
  • Supervise other engineering and support staff as required.
  • Ensure compliance with industry requirements and authorities such as the CAA and EASA.
  • Comply with all Continuing Professional Development requirements relevant to company policies and reporting authorities.
  • Effectively manage all maintenance within your control.
  • Be computer literate on Microsoft-based systems.

Job Requirements:

  • UK CAA Part 66 License type ratings: AW109, or AW139
  • Experience with Leonardo AW139 and Leonardo A109 aircraft
  • Understanding of CAA requirements
  • Proof of recency in aircraft maintenance work
  • Right to work in the UK (sponsorship considered)
