Our client, a prominent entity in the technology sector, is seeking a skilled Delivery Lead & Mechanical Integrity Specialist to join their team on a contractual basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading brand growth by presenting at Mechanical Integrity conferences and publishing articles in key industry magazines
- Originating new sales opportunities in a complex environment
- Hosting workshops to identify client pain points and develop strategies for asset reliability improvement
- Advising clients on best-practice Mechanical Integrity procedures
- Managing the delivery of a work portfolio to meet schedule, quality, and scope standards
- Supporting the Mechanical Integrity Centre of Excellence (COE) by submitting publications and hosting presentations
- Training junior team members on technical topics
- Managing cost, schedule, quality, and scope of Mechanical Integrity programs
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Materials / Metallurgy Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Significant experience in corrosion/metallurgy, RBI, or inspection in an owner-operator role
- Experience managing large-scale, long-duration Mechanical Integrity projects
- Support experience in Asset Management Consulting, Pre-Sales activities, including RFP response, client demos, and workshop facilitation
- Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end RBI or corrosion management implementation projects
- Exposure to standards such as ASME and API
- Hands-on experience in Integrity Management, including recommendations, metallurgy upgrades, Inspection schedule reviews, and Turnaround management
