Our client is are urgently seeking an experienced General Foreman to join a busy site team in Southampton, starting Monday 20th October.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising daily site operations and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
- Coordinating with site management and subcontractors
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality
- Supporting inductions and onboarding of new operatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Foreman in civil engineering or construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- CSCS card and relevant site certifications
