Our client in the Defence & Security sector is seeking an Equipment Requirements Authority specialising in EW RF System to join their team. This permanent role is pivotal as electromagnetic warfare continues to be an integral part of modern military conflicts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Specifying clear and accurate requirements to design teams
- Working closely with a Design Authority and Customer community to develop solutions
- Managing the technical status and progression of assigned work packages
- Defining verification and validation strategies with the project team
- Managing supplier performance and ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and technical requirements
- Communicating technical information to internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Electronic Warfare
- Knowledge of RF Test and RF Design
- Understanding of RF Systems' Architecture and Design in domains such as RF Communications and Radar
- Ability to specify requirements and manage the development of technical evidence
- Ability to work with industrial partners and ensure delivery of configured hardware
- Ability to achieve national security clearance for the role
