Our client, a leading player in the rail infrastructure sector, is seeking an experienced PTS HV Supervisor to join their growing team. Based in London, you will oversee high-voltage (HV) electrical works across multiple railway projects throughout the South East of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation on a permanent basis, delivering critical upgrades and maintenance to the UK rail network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise HV electrical works on railway infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with all Network Rail and client standards.
- Manage site teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely, efficiently, and to specification.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality checks.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Managers, and client representatives to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain accurate site documentation and records.
Job Requirements:
- Valid PTS/Sentinel certification.
- Proven experience supervising HV (High Voltage) works within the rail industry.
- Strong understanding of Network Rail standards and railway safety procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East.
Desirable Skills:
- SSSTS / SMSTS qualification.
- Authorised Person (AP) or Senior Authorised Person (SAP) status (HV).
- Experience working on electrification or power distribution projects.
