Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multi-discipline engineering teams
- Oversee the delivery of FEED and Detailed Engineering Packages
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team
- Interface with clients, ensuring clear communication and feedback
- Manage project schedules and deliverables
- Monitor and control project budgets and resources
- Function as the point of contact for client interactions and concerns
Job Requirements:
- SC Clearance or eligibility to achieve SC Clearance
- Experience in managing multi-discipline teams during FEED and EPC stages
- Understanding of Nuclear and Defence project requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Chartered status or equivalent professional recognition
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills
