Job Title: Facilities Manager
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours/day
Travel: Occasional supplier visits

Role Overview
The Facilities Manager ensures the smooth running, safety, and compliance of the production facility. This includes building maintenance, asset management, contractor coordination, utilities, health & safety, and day-to-day operational support to maintain an efficient, safe, and cost-effective environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and production assets.
Plan and manage preventative and corrective maintenance schedules.
Coordinate contractors and service providers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, warranties, and compliance.
Lead emergency preparedness, fire safety, and site inspections.
Manage budgets related to facilities and equipment.
Requirements
3+ years in manufacturing or production facilities management.
IOSH Managing Safely (preferred), First Aid, Fire Warden training.
Experience with asbestos, Legionella, and Permit to Work procedures.
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Analytical, safety-conscious, and able to manage competing priorities.
Right to work in the UK; security clearance if required.
