Our client is currently seeking a Change Process Lead on a contract basis outside IR35. This role is pivotal in driving change and transformation initiatives within the organisation. This opportunity offers the flexibility of on-site or hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert overall high-level plan/timeline into a phased plan with concrete actions
  • Determine and implement appropriate KPIs to track progress over a ~5 year timeframe, ideally using HubSpot and ERP systems
  • Ensure strategic alignment of the plan
  • Curate and maintain a list of actions with assigned owners, due dates, and milestones. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve overlaps and conflicts
  • Monitor progress on actions and manage risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Coach individual stakeholders on delegation and change implementation
  • Track progress against agreed KPIs
  • Advise on change roll out, including communications to the wider organisation and process improvement suggestions. Assist with the creation of relevant materials

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing change or business transformation projects
  • Understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar)
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic, hands-on attitude
  • Experience in both technology consultancy and product businesses is ideal
  • Experience in the Defence/Secure communications market sector is highly desirable
