Our client, a prominent entity in the aerospace industry, is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role involves overseeing and coordinating logistics projects from conception to completion, optimising supply chain processes, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring timely delivery while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Optimising logistics processes to reduce costs
- Overseeing supply chain and operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Identifying risks and proposing effective solutions
- Analysing data to enhance performance and process efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Leading cross-functional teams and managing internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management (MBA or Master preferred)
- Experience in logistics and supply chain with project management expertise
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or APICS CPIM/CSCP
- Excellent skills in management and data analysis, with proficiency in tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Fluency in both English and French
