My client, a leading national charity, requires a Technology Support Analyst to join on a permanent basis, to help guide on a variety of software and hardware used at the organisation.
You'll be providing support for IT incidents, manage on-premise and Azure servers, manage SaaS products, provide guidance to other uses and general technical support.
Ideally you'll have 3rd line support experience, windows server, networking concepts and be happy to get involved in 2nd/3rd line and service desk analyst duties.
