Our Client are seeking a dedicated Part Time Legal Administrator to join their team on a contractual basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your administrative expertise to a dynamic and industrious environment. Hours are 20 per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the legal department
  • Managing and organising legal documents and records
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal correspondence and documentation
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with legal procedures
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases and filing systems
  • Responding to queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the legal team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within professional setting
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of legal terminology and procedures is advantageous
