Our client, a leading company in the aerospace defence and security sector, is seeking a results-driven and commercially astute Commercial Manager - Civils & MRO to join their dynamic Commercial Business team. Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the successful execution of contracts related to Sale & customisation, retrofit, training, MRO, and Support & Services for both civilian and military customers.
- Providing critical support on contractual setups, including the negotiation and refinement of Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) during complex bidding processes.
- Collaborating seamlessly across various departments such as Sales, Design, Production, Maintenance, and Finance as well as other Airbus Helicopters entities.
- Working closely with the Offers Manager and Sales Team to ensure successful contract execution.
- Supporting the Offers Manager in contractual setups for bidding processes.
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a Contracts Manager or Commercial Manager within the defence and security sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of procurement and supply chain for the aerospace industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to refine Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) during complex bidding processes.
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability.
- Eligibility for DBS Security Clearance and SC clearance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
