Our client, a leading player in the aerospace MRO sector, is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join their team at London City Airport.

Key Responsibilities:


Our client, a part of an established operator with a unique approach, providing impeccable customer service in a close-knit environment. You'll oversee the following duties:

  • Lead a team of Licensed Engineers in maintaining a modern Embraer E190 fleet
  • Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance activity for both scheduled and reactive demands
  • Coordinate work requirements, defect rectification, and AOG recovery
  • Promote operational excellence through clear communication and hands-on leadership
  • Foster a positive culture that supports today's operation and future growth

Job Requirements:


The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • CAA Part-66 Category B1 or B1/B2 licence with certification experience
  • Experience in leading engineering teams in a dynamic line maintenance environment
  • Current Embraer E190, Boeing 737, or Airbus A320 type rating (type training can be provided)
  • Solid understanding of CAA Part 145 procedures
  • Valid UK driving licence (or equivalent)
  • Ability to hold an airport restricted zone access and airside driving licence
  • Passion for mentoring and developing team members
