Our client, a leading company in the aerospace MRO sector, is seeking a skilled B2 Licensed Engineer (Rotary) to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Certification of line, non-routine maintenance, and repair on Airbus H135/H145 rotorcraft
- Providing engineering operational support to Flight Operations
- Accomplishing maintenance inspections and repairs as directed by the nominated LAE Supervisor
- Leading teams and maintaining high standards to ensure the safe operation of aircraft
- Completing maintenance on avionic and electrical systems
- Replacing avionic line replaceable units, requiring simple tests for serviceability
- Supervising avionic and electrical fitters and certifying their work
- Conducting off-aircraft avionic and electrical technical work in the Av workshop
- Assisting in day-to-day running of the aircraft hangar, including aircraft movement and general housekeeping
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Airbus EC145 / H145 and Airbus EC135 / H135 rotorcraft
- Significant knowledge in rotary aviation maintenance and operations
- Understanding of CAA regulations and compliance
- Expertise in avionics systems
- Ability to obtain DBS Security Clearance and eligibility for SC clearance
- Effective team leadership and communication skills
- Proactive and able to work efficiently under a shift pattern at Shawbury
