Matchtech is proud to be supporting a leading organisation in the rotary aerospace maintenance sector, who are seeking a B1.3 Licensed Engineer to join their dedicated team at their Anglesey base.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on the Airbus H145, supporting operations in a dynamic and professional line maintenance environment, with structured development and type training provided for suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Certify line and non-routine maintenance on Airbus H145 rotorcraft
Provide engineering support to flight operations to ensure maximum aircraft availability
Conduct inspections and repairs as directed by the LAE Supervisor
Lead and mentor technicians to maintain the highest safety and quality standards
Perform maintenance on airframe, powerplant, mechanical, and electrical systems
Replace avionic LRUs and carry out functional testing to confirm serviceability
Supervise mechanical fitters and certify their work
Support workshop activities on components, powerplant, and composite systems
Contribute to daily hangar operations, aircraft movements, and general housekeeping
What We're Looking For:
UK CAA B1.3 Licence
Type rating or hands-on experience with Airbus EC145 / H145
Proven background in rotary-wing maintenance and certification
Strong communication and leadership skills
A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement
Eligibility for DBS and SC clearance
