We have exciting opportunities across our SSE framework in the South (Basingstoke or Dartford) for Trainee Utility Surveyors.
As a Trainee Utility Surveyor, you'll gain hands-on experience in underground utility surveying through a blend of onsite fieldwork and office-based data processing. You'll be working with cutting-edge surveying technology alongside experienced senior surveyors.
Here are some of the activities you'll be involved in…
· Collaborate with senior team members, support them on-site and learn the daily workings of a Utility Surveyor
· Operate advanced survey equipment to create accurate underground utility surveys.
· Process field data efficiently and accurately.

· Physically fit and eager to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
· Full UK driving licence - you will be provided a van, laptop and phone.
· Willingness to travel and work away regularly.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
· Eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in the field of utility surveying.
· Knowledge of AutoCAD and a CSCS card are preferred but not essential.
