Our client, an industry leader in specialised and innovative solutions for aviation's most complex challenges, is currently seeking an Airworthiness Engineer to join their team. This role can be based at our client's sites in Doncaster or Lasham, with the added flexibility to work from home. You will be reporting to the Fleet Support Manager in a permanent, full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, assess and process incoming publications, including mandatory and non-mandatory service information and directives
  • Support the review and development of all Maintenance Programmes, ensuring accuracy between source data, the AMP, and the airworthiness database software
  • Assist in loading and amending Maintenance programmes, Task cards, and Aircraft within the airworthiness database software as required
  • Support the production and analysis of reliability data and reports, enhancing the Reliability Programmes
  • Draft and review airworthiness procedures and forms ensuring continuous improvement
  • Complete the Design Change Verification process following modifications and repairs
  • Support MEL updates and amendments
  • Assist with root cause analysis and rectification for compliance deficiencies and occurrences as they arise

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working within a CAMO/Technical Services department
  • In-depth knowledge of airworthiness regulations and practices
  • Proficiency in working with Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and Approved Maintenance Programmes (AMPs)
  • Familiarity with Part M regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment, interfacing with multiple departments
  • Proactive approach and comfortable with flexible working conditions
