We are looking for an experienced Project/Site Supervisor to take a leading role in the delivery and coordination of works on a major marine infrastructure programme. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, safety-driven environment where you will oversee mechanical works, manage teams, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day delivery of mechanical works on marine infrastructure projects

  • Coordinate and manage both direct labour and subcontractor teams

  • Act as the primary liaison between contractors, stakeholders, and the permanent workforce

  • Uphold and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards

  • Monitor project progress, logistics, and performance metrics, providing regular reporting to the Project Manager

  • Proactively identify risks or issues and implement solutions to maintain programme delivery

About You

  • Proven experience as a Site or Project Supervisor, ideally from a civils, construction, or heavy infrastructure background

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience coordinating diverse teams

  • Knowledge of mechanical engineering or heavy mechanical installations (e.g., pumps, valves, lifting equipment, marine plant) is highly beneficial

  • Demonstrable commitment to HSE best practices

  • Eligible for Security Clearance (essential)

  • Willing to work overtime and weekends when required

  • Overtime paid after 40 hours, offering the opportunity to substantially increase your annual earnings beyond the basic salary
