About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Project Supervisor with a mechanical bias  to play a key role in the delivery and coordination of mechanical works on a major marine infrastructure programme. This position offers the chance to work within a dynamic, safety conscious environment, overseeing both direct and subcontractor labour while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day delivery of mechanical works on site within marine infrastructure projects. 
- Manage and coordinate direct and subcontractor teams, ensuring efficient and safe operation 
- Serve as the main liaison between contractors, stakeholders, and the permanent workforce 
- Enforce and maintain strict health, safety, and environmental standards across all site activities 
- Monitor and report on project progress, logistics, and performance metrics 
- Identify and resolve issues or risks that may impact project delivery 
About You
- Background in mechanical engineering or heavy mechanical installations (e.g. pumps, valves, lifting equipment, or marine plant) 
- Proven site supervisory experience, ideally within marine or heavy infrastructure environments 
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders 
- Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices 
- Eligible for Security Clearance (essential)
