Civils Ganger
We're seeking an experienced Civils Ganger to lead a small team on sewerage works. The role involves hands-on sewer repairs, maintenance, and installations, ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a small civils team.
Plan, allocate, and oversee daily site tasks.
Ensure safe working practices and high-quality output.
Manage materials, report progress, and liaise with supervisors.
Requirements:
Experience in sewerage or utilities civils work.
Proven team leadership skills.
CSCS, Confined Space & Manual Handling certificates (SSSTS/SMSTS preferred).
Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces.
