My client is currently seeking a Health and Safety Manager on a contract basis. This position will focus on ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across all projects within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and impact change in a Tier 1/Principal Contractor environment
- Oversee health and safety practices across multiple projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and best practices
- Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Chartered Membership (IOSH)
- Experience in health and safety management within a nuclear or similarly regulated environment
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage health and safety across multiple projects
- Ability to commute to Aldermaston
- DV level security clearance preferred; British passport holders will be preferred due to SC checks
