Our client, a leading data centre delivery partner, is currently seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their expanding team in Helsinki, Finland. This is a permanent, on-site role within a dynamic BIM team, providing an excellent opportunity to work in the fast-paced and growing data centre sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve clashes and coordination issues between disciplines
- Produce drawings, specifications, and schedules according to the project BIM Execution Plan
- Deliver all 2D and 3D coordination milestones on each project
- Liaise with package managers and site engineers to coordinate complex MEP installations
- Provide support to junior BIM team members
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Revit, with an MEP bias
- Preferred experience with AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Navisworks is desirable
- Experience working on multiple large projects
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
