Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Delivery Lead for a contract role. This position is designed for a professional with a keen eye for service quality and operational efficiency, capable of managing end-to-end delivery or specific components of a contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments
  • Ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team innovation and problem-solving
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics to ensure alignment with goals
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities

Job Requirements:

  • Expert proficiency in Account Delivery Management
  • Understanding of Business Operation Management, Estimation and Planning, and Work Management
  • Experience in fostering collaborative and innovative team environments
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to provide solutions to complex problems
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective service delivery strategies
  • Experience in monitoring project progress and performance metrics
