Senior Quantity Surveyor - Parliament-Vetted
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a prestigious project within the Parliamentary Estate. Applicants must already hold a valid Parliament Pass / Parliamentary Security Clearance to be eligible for this role.
Role Overview:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead commercial management activities across the project, including cost planning, procurement strategy, contract administration, valuations, change management, risk analysis, and financial reporting. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure robust commercial governance and successful project delivery.
Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in complex or high-security construction environments
Must hold an active Parliament Pass / Parliamentary Security Vetting
Strong contract knowledge (NEC / JCT) and commercial leadership skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
Proven ability to work proactively and independently within high-profile projects
