One of London's most vital transport operations are urgently seeking an experienced Revenue Agreements Partner to join them on an exciting long term project.

  • Role: Revenue Agreements Partner
  • Duration: 24 month contract
  • Pay: £600-700 p/day (Inside IR35)
  • Location: London
  • Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days onsite - Tuesdays essential)

As a Revenue Agreements Partner, you will play a critical role in managing highly important contracts and agreements and acting as the bridge between the Revenue Agreements team and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the drafting of Commercial Agreements, both new or existing.
  • Review existing agreements to ensure these are up to date, and identify opportunities for reshaping/renewing agreements.
  • Act as a business partner between the Revenue Agreements function and the project team.
  • Leading negotiations with transport operators, Councils and other non-transport operators to agree revenue allocation and payments.
  • Liaising with commercial and procurement teams on agreements matters and internal accountants on settlements.

This is a highly engaging role for someone with strong contractual knowledge and proven stakeholder management, without line management duties.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (preferably in the transport sector)
  • Expertise in transport, ticketing, fares, or rail.
  • Proven contract management experience within public sector environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple teams or organisations.
  • Legal experience alongside familiarity with legal documents
