Support continuous improvement and lessons-learned initiatives.

3. Health, Safety & Environmental Oversight
Promote a zero-harm, sustainability-driven culture.
Verify compliance with CDM 2015 and site safety procedures.

Monitor environmental mitigation measures for hydrogen production, storage and distribution systems.

4. Collaboration & Communication
Work collaboratively with the Project Manager, Contractor and Client team to identify issues early.
Attend progress, coordination and quality meetings.
Provide clear and timely communication of observations, risks and opportunities.
Contribute to the Early Warning process and support evaluation of compensation events.

5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain comprehensive site records in line with NEC4 requirements.
Produce regular reports on quality, progress and compliance.
Support the handover process, ensuring complete and verified inspection records and as-built data.

Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Supervisor, Clerk of Works or similar under NEC3/NEC4, ideally within major infrastructure or energy projects.
Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, civil or process engineering-preferably within hydrogen or renewable energy sectors.
Solid understanding of NEC4 ECC Option C mechanisms.
Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.
Strong commitment to safety, sustainability and quality.

Qualifications
Degree or HNC/HND in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
NEC4 accreditation or formal training (desirable).
