Assistant Project Manager
Location: Horton and Stratford
Our client is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of civil engineering and construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting developments while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate project documentation, including specifications, estimates, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Administer resources, manage works, and carry out site inspections twice per month.
- Ensure customer requirements are met, resolve issues promptly, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement innovative materials and techniques, promoting best practices.
- Communicate company and HSQE standards to senior site personnel and employees.
- Prepare safety documentation and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an engineer in an Assistant Project Manager role.
- A qualification in project management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Experience in drainage, civil engineering, or construction industries is desirable.
- Previous experience as a Senior Engineer of Site Agent on major projects (HS2, Thames Water).
