We're hiring Site‑Based Supervisors - (Water & Civil) - Hampshire to support a growing portfolio of works across Hampshire.
Whether you're an experienced supervisor or a skilled operative ready to step up, this is a strong opportunity to take ownership of site productivity and play a key role in delivering essential water and civil engineering projects.
You'll be working on the Southern Water framework, supporting critical infrastructure upgrades across the region.
The Role
As a Site‑Based Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Driving site productivity and ensuring efficient delivery of works
- Overseeing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring works meet required specifications
- Attending site meetings and providing clear progress updates
- Supporting safe working practices and ensuring full compliance with site regulations
- Communicating effectively with teams, clients, and management
Essential Requirements
- Strong background in water works or general civils
- Experience in water dig operations, pipelaying or related activities
- NRSWA (Streetworks)
- SSSTS or SMSTS
We're open to candidates stepping up from operative roles if you can demonstrate the right capability, mindset and leadership potential.
