Our client, a leader in the nuclear sector, is currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager for a contract position. The role involves supporting general Quality Assurance (QA) activities across the business, with a strong focus on data analytics. This position will work closely with senior leadership to drive improvements in quality processes, reporting, and performance insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage quality assurance processes across projects and operations
- Use data analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain QA documentation, standards, and reporting
- Support audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and quality performance
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management
- Strong data analytics capability (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations
