Integration Manager

Job Overview
We are working with a premier European partner specialising in end-to-end data centre delivery, providing comprehensive turnkey solutions from concept design right through to final construction and commissioning across the European market. We are currently seeking an experienced Integration Manager to join their team on a significant, large-scale data centre development in Finland.
The successful candidate will take charge of overseeing the coordination and integration of all project disciplines. This is a critical role ensuring seamless communication and alignment between the design, construction, commissioning, and client teams. The primary focus will be on driving project alignment, proactively managing interfaces between all trades, and ensuring key milestones are delivered safely, punctually, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Integration & Alignment:
Act as the single point of contact for managing and reporting on the planning, execution, and delivery of all integration scopes and milestones.
Develop and maintain a detailed Integration Execution Plan to align all project activities and objectives across phases.
Coordinate and report on the planning and execution of all integration requirements across the entire project lifecycle.
Phasing & Reporting:
Identify, document, and manage the construction phasing deliverables across all related Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Provide bi-weekly progress reports covering the design, procurement, execution, and final handover stages.
Chair internal and client integration meetings, ensuring accountability and driving collaboration between stakeholders.
Commissioning & Handover:
Coordinate with the client on snagging, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure timely completion.
Oversee and ensure compliance with the Telecom Material Procurement Process.
Site & Documentation Management:
Facilitate and support installation programming (scheduling) and site onboarding activities, including Health & Safety (H&S) compliance, method statements, and related required documentation.
