    • Coordinate and liaise with other subcontractors (trades) to ensure the smooth integration of all site activities.

    • Develop and maintain a two-week lookahead programme for upcoming works.

    • Attend daily meetings (such as DAB meetings) and provide clear updates on progress, issues, and potential blockers.

    • Coordinate material deliveries, ensuring their safe handling, appropriate storage, and efficient site logistics.

    • Oversee plant and material management to ensure all equipment and supplies adhere strictly to project specifications.

  • Supervision & Quality:

    • Supervise subcontractor performance to ensure full adherence to the agreed scope of work, project programme, and quality standards.

    • Ensure labour resources are maintained in line with project programme requirements.

    • Verify that all subcontractor plant and access equipment are certified, safe, and fully operational.

    • Maintain an exceptional standard of workmanship and quality across all aspects of the job.

  • Reporting & Risk Management:

    • Prepare and issue weekly progress reports to the line manager.

    • Report all variations, delays, and potential risks to the line manager promptly.

  • Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ):

    • Ensure absolute compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.

    • Conduct weekly toolbox talks and safety briefings.

    • Actively promote safe work practices and continuously identify opportunities to improve site safety.

    • Maintain high housekeeping standards across all work areas.

    • Complete and submit weekly safety observation forms (e.g., "Don't Walk By" cards).

Essential Requirements

  • Qualifications: A relevant third-level qualification (e.g., Degree or HND) in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline is essential.

  • Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.

  • IT Proficiency: Competence in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

Previous Data Centre project experience is highly advantageous, but not mandatory.

  • Opportunity to work on large-scale, industry-leading data centre projects.

  • A collaborative and supportive team working environment.

  • Support for career progression and professional development.

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
