Our client, a prominent player in the technology sector, is currently seeking an SSPM Consultant to join their team. This contract role offers the flexibility of remote working and demands significant expertise with the AppOmni tool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applying security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people
  • Providing services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats
  • Managing SSPM or CSPM knowledge, policies, and configurations
  • Configuring security settings for Salesforce, ServiceNow, M365, Snowflake, Workday SaaS applications
  • Integrating SaaS 3rd party applications with on-prem tools using APIs
  • Utilising and managing the AppOmni SSPM tool
  • Translating high-level and low-level designs into infrastructure build requirements
  • Engaging in Security Engineering activities
  • Utilising SIEM tools and managing integrations
  • Working on public cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS

Job Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with AppOmni
  • Strong SSPM hands-on experience, including integration and deployment
  • API integration experience
  • Previous experience with SaaS products (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, M365, Snowflake, Workday)
  • Strong understanding of industry security frameworks and benchmarks such as NIST and CIS
  • Significant experience with Security Engineering

Desirable Skills/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Awareness of Enterprise Security and Cyber Security domains
  • Experience with Atlassian stack (Confluence, JIRA, BitBucket)
  • Hands-on skills with Unix or Windows
  • Docker experience on both Windows and Unix platforms
  • Excellent documentation skills
