Our client is seeking a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join a project team in Allness, Scotland. This opportunity involves various phases over a six-month period, commencing on the 6th of January.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site investigations and analyse geotechnical data.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation based on site findings.
- Provide geotechnical insights to support project developments and phases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met on time.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and findings.
- Utilise geotechnical software and tools to analyse data and prepare solutions.
Job Requirements
- Experience in geotechnical engineering or related field.
- Possession of SSSTS, CSCS, CAT&Genny and First Aid certifications.
- Must have passed a Safety Critical medical examination.
- Strong understanding of geotechnical investigation techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to various phases of the project.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite in Allness, Scotland.
