Second-Line IT Support Technician
Onsite - Warrington
Inside IR35 | Up to £26 p/h | 6-month contract
We're looking for experienced Second-Line IT Support Technician to provide onsite support across a busy multi-building campus in Warrington. You'll be the friendly face of IT, supporting end-users, resolving technical issues, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Onsite end-user support via tickets, walk-ins, and Tech Bar sessions
Hardware/software troubleshooting and device replacements
Support for EUC, networking, meeting room tech, M365, Teams/Zoom
"Hands & eyes" support for senior engineers
Assist with IT security incidents and asset management
Suggest service improvements and collaborate with wider IT teams
Skills Required
Excellent customer service and communication
Strong troubleshooting abilities
Experience with ticketing systems, EUC, AD, Intune/SCCM
Solid Microsoft 365 and Azure knowledge
Familiarity with VC/telephony systems
